Message	or is a heavy plate load aftermarket kit. As far as the crunch, Your clutch is probably not releasing all the way. If you are sitting at idle with the clutch pushed in you should be able to easily, with no resistance, shift the lever in and out of gear. If you cannot your clutch is not releasing all the way or you have another problem causing the clutch to drag. www.Zspeedperformance.com
